Julia did a fabulous job documenting our family's celebration in NYC for my husband's 80th birthday! In addition to pictures of the 12 of us together, I requested numerous individual groupings, such as my husband and me with our grandchildren, our children with their children, just the grandchildren, all the "girls" in the family and all the "boys", etc., etc.

Julia cheerfully did everything I requested and more! We posed in three different settings in Central Park with a variety of backdrops. There were so many wonderful pictures to choose from that I bought them all. They preserve happy memories forever, which is priceless!

Julia was incredibly helpful throughout the process of my proposal to my girlfriend, by sourcing several beautiful locations for me to choose from and was very accommodating with booking the date/time and traveling to the location early to scout out the perfect spot.

All of that is without discussing the incredible photos that she took. The only issue was that we couldn't decide which 30 we wanted to download as part of our package, so had to upgrade to buy them all.

We've been dating 4-5 years and both avid fans of Harry Potter. We had a whole day planned but the result was a proposal in central park in front of belvedere castle and we took a whole photoshoot even with customized wands and robes from Harry Potter New York that just opened up. Firstly I'm sorry to Julia for taking so long to post a review, things have been a bit busy with some planning to do!

My Fiancé and I were visiting New York over New Year 2023. It happened to be my Fiancé's birthday at that time too and I wanted to arrange a surprise proposal.

I contacted Julia through Local Lens and she couldn't have been more helpful.
Even with the time difference from our initial chats and sorting out the location, to arranging how we were going to "bump into each other", Julia made it so easy and straightforward with loads of really good suggestions.

Even right up to the point of getting to our location, Julia just happened to be there taking photos, offering to take some on my phone when we started taking selfies and then getting the look on my Fiancé's face when she realized what was happening, it was perfect.

Julia then suggested other places nearby for more photos, some of which in iconic places which have given us some amazing images.
