Hello, my name is Nicoleta, I’m a professional photographer living in Madrid, the city I fell in love with. I know every single corner by heart and I enjoy taking my clients to the best spots according to their lifestyle, personality and preferences. Capturing happy moments in people’s lives is what motivates me most in my job. My first steps in this magic profession started more than 12 years ago in Transylvania (yes, Dracula is my cousin🧛🏻‍♀️🙃). There, I have fallen in love with photojournalism and travel photography. I discovered that taking photos of people of all cultures, rites and backgrounds was challenging but at the same time a wonderful experience! Every single photoshoot makes me feel excited and deeply involved which helps me get spontaneous, beautiful and authentic photographs; I started working abroad, Milan, Paris, London, New York and, after international exhibitions, I realised how much experience I had already accumulated and how much I enjoyed what I was doing. What I discovered in all these years is that the best way to get fantastic photos is empathising 100% with the models, because a photoshoot is allowing someone to see you just as you are, it is intense and you must completely trust the photographer in order to feel at ease. So, the way I work is creating space for the person in front of the camera and engage all my skills to help them enjoy, relax and have a great time.
