I'm Stanislava, a native of Bulgaria who has found my artistic home in Northern California. With over 15 years of experience in lifestyle, branding, family portraits, and event photography, my journey began with a BFA in photography from SVA in New York City. Upon moving to California two years after my graduation, I was captivated by the beauty of the Pacific coast and the Sierra Nevada mountains. It was here that my portrait work found its natural place in the great outdoors. I am blessed to be part of an adventurous family that loves hiking, camping, and vacationing in the outdoors. For me, these moments are the perfect time to truly connect with the people who matter most. And if I have to climb a mountain or hike to a special place to create your vision and tell your unique story through my lens I will. With a fine art editorial approach, I aim to seamlessly blend human interactions with the surrounding environment, whether it be the beauty of nature or the vibrant urban landscape. My core focus is creating tailor-made portrait sessions that reflect the uniqueness of each client, capturing their genuine essence and personality. I strongly believe that a photograph holds immense power — it can heal, boost confidence, and nurture self-esteem, not only for individuals but also for their families.
