Wonderful. We adored Alexandra, our photographer! We visited during August, when Rome was packed and weren't sure at all we would get to take any good pics at all with the large crowds that were everywhere! But Alexandra knew all the places in Rome where there were fewer people with great scenery. Even in the colosseum area! She also helped us when we needed guidance on how to pose and took great candid shots as well. She was ind and very patient. We are so very pleased with our experience that we are sure to take vacation photos professionally again in future. We would love to work with Alexandra again if/when we get to go back to Italy. We had some logistical issues getting to the proposal location and she did not hesitate to stay as long as was needed to make sure we had the opportunity to get all the pictures we wanted. She also provided great direction for poses and angles to ensure we had many options. Two small children are not always the easiest, especially at 7 AM and she made it such a fun experience. Our experience with Alexandra was a highlight of our time in Italy. We highly recommend her. We were running late navigating Cinque Terre’s rail stations on the day, but she was flexible and understanding with our start time.

We’d also never had photos taken professionally before so weren’t quite sure what to do – she patiently helped us work through that. By the end, we were comfortable being ourselves and letting Alexandra fade into the background as she chose her favorite spots to shoot in Manarola. She knew when to be where and what looked best in the day’s light. It was clear she knew how to use the area to get the best out of her work – that she knew the town well.

The results spoke for themselves – the photos we got back were so nice. A snapshot of a moment in our live, our trip, and our marriage. Some were so good, I’m using them as professional profile photos now!
As we were winding down, she flexed her local knowledge with some excellent suggestions – we ended up at a restaurant on the side of the cliffs she recommended.
